Our freight cost starts at $4.99. We ship via USPS and UPS.
Wholesale orders do not qualify for free freight; however, we offer competitive shipping rates starting at $12.99.

Important Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during checkout (e.g., shipping address, personal information, payment details, etc.). We are not liable for rejected orders or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect information. Refused shipments will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Liability & Responsibility
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. In the event that a shipment needs to be re-shipped, the customer will bear any additional shipping or handling fees. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any claims made with the shipping carrier. For questions related to carrier claims, please contact our customer service team.
Order Processing & Shipping
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. As indicated in your order confirmation email, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment. Once shipped, please allow USPS or UPS 2-3 business days for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Cost Adjustments
Should the actual shipping costs be less than the amount billed, we will issue a refund for the difference. We are actively working to provide our customers with the lowest shipping costs possible. Please note that shipping expenses can vary depending on the item—for instance, shipping a machine typically incurs higher costs than shipping a razor. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we diligently refund the difference when the actual shipping costs are lower than the billed amount.
Package Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please consider the following steps:

Check around your property: Packages are often left by the porch, side door, or hidden behind plants or furniture.

Check with neighbors: It’s possible your neighbors received the package on your behalf.

Apartment Residents: Please check with your building’s front office or mailroom.
For shipping-related issues, please contact USPS or UPS directly using the tracking number provided. Once packages leave our facility, Barber Salon Pro, is not responsible for their delivery or condition. We cannot be held liable for packages marked as "Delivered" that are lost, damaged, or stolen.
Cancellation Policy

Orders awaiting fulfillment cannot be canceled.

All canceled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the total order amount.

Unauthorized returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the grand total, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee cancellation before shipment.
Return and Exchange Policy
All Sales are Final. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges.
Defective Items and Warranty
We offer a 7-day warranty on machines only, beginning from the delivery date (as indicated by the tracking number). To initiate a warranty claim, please email BarberSalonPro@gmail.com and include the following information:

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Description of the issue with the product
If the item is found to be non-defective and in working condition, it will be returned to you at your expense. Defective items are those with manufacturing defects (e.g., a clipper that fails to charge). Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, modifications, or unreasonable use.
All warranty claims are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective and whether a replacement will be issued.
